Our Satisfaction Guarantee
While we do not offer monetary refunds, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your haircut, beard trim, or any other service, please contact us within 48 hours of your original appointment. We will gladly schedule a complimentary adjustment with your barber to make it right.
Product Returns
If you purchased any hair or grooming products at our shop and wish to return them:
Unopened and unused products in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Used or opened products are non-refundable.
